 Mythology is concerned usually with the study of human condition, good and evil, human origin, life and death, after life and God. Myth always give some kind of important to some values and beliefs of some culture. 

In India, most of the myths are used by people is to provide information about the difficult ideas about the world. 

Mythology varies from place, tradition and culture even though it caries  the same idea.

One such myth which is popular amoung the people is GHOST. This is one of the most powerful illusion or reality which is not proved yet. 

Ghost is a soul or spirit which seems like living even after the death. 

The research in America in the year 2009 has said that 18 percentage of Americans have seen ghost in their real life. Taking the opinion of scientific researchers, they conclude that there is no proof of their existence. 

Ancient people believed that the soul  of a person survive even after their death. This belief varied from religion and culture. The belief of after life existence is to increase the worship of ancestors in Pre literature culture

The purpose of my blog is to provide the basic ideas about the afterlife existence and the reality of ghost in different cultures from ancient times.

 Chinese believe when a person die alone during a battle field or suffer due to some reason or when they are left without burying with proper rituals, the soul turns to ghost and can be seen  only person in night times.  This is similar as in Indian mythology. In ancient India all the ghost seems like a hungry ghost.Ghosts were known as Bhoots in ancient and even in modern India. They are called like that because the ghost in India appear like human being but the feet will be pointed backward and they are able to change their appearance without any warning.  Thier backward feet shows that something is wrong and the spirit is in unnatural state.  This ghost in India appears when a person dies before their time alloted in the earth.  This happens because it is assumed that when a person die before fulfilling their wishes, they return to the earth in a hope of getting to some body of some living person.  It is believed that the ghost can make their on corps.   This is my last blog about mythology regarding all those ghost stories that we hear.  A ghost is a spirit of a dead person. According the survey conducted few years back in America said that 45 percentage of population believes that the ghost return in certain situations and the number of people who don't want to take consideration is much higher than one who belive.  If you're the one who would answer yes for the question if the ghost are real, what's your reason?  Before you say your answer take a look what the researcher have found as to why the people believe  in ghost.  It is just because the human brain is weird.
